A partial or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices mentioned in our packages are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or operational challenges. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

Explore Universe Tour and Travels acts only as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity organizers. We are not responsible for any delays, injuries, loss, damages, or accidents caused by these providers. Travelers are advised to follow safety guidelines and participate in activities at their own risk.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they carry valid identification documents such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport, as required for the journey. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied services, for which we will not be held liable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official WhatsApp platform.

Cancellation charges will be applied based on the time of cancellation:

​

• 30 days or more before the journey: Full refund will be provided after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

• 29 to 15 days before the journey: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded, or you may opt for rescheduling the tour (subject to availability).

• 15 to 10 days before the journey: No refund will be provided; however, rescheduling may be considered in special cases.

Refund processing time may vary depending on payment methods and banking procedures. Explore Universe Tour and Travels will not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or financial institutions.
